At Five Feathers, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.


ORDER ERRORS

We take pride in the quality and accuracy of every order we ship. If there is an error with your order – such as receiving the wrong item, size, or a defective product – please email us at info@five-feathers.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the error is on our part, we will gladly offer you a refund or replacement.


CUSTOMER ERRORS & WRONG ADDRESSES

If the incorrect item, size, or shipping address was provided by the customer, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements. Please ensure all order details are correct before checking out.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. We will contact you to arrange reshipment once the returned package is received.
