At Five Feathers, we know you’re excited to receive your order, so we work fast. All orders are processed within 24 business hours from our fulfillment center in Quebec City, Canada. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
We proudly ship worldwide and use express shipping for every order so you can get your pieces as quickly as possible.
Quebec (Local): 48–72 hours
Canada & USA: 1–4 business days
International: Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Canada: Flat rate of $9.99 CAD
International: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders over $150 CAD.
Every order comes with tracking. As soon as your order ships out, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you ever run into delivery issues – like delays or a lost package – email us at info@five-feathers.com and our team will help sort it out for you.
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for covering reshipping costs.
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for stolen packages.
We also do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by the carrier, but we’re always here to support you if any issue arises.
